We will accept returns for
any item that is not as advertised. Please notify us within 3 days
of receipt and we will immediately assist you in making the necessary
arrangements.
All returns MUST have
a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Packages without an RAN will
be refused so please contact us to arrange for returns.
A refund will be issued upon
receipt of the return. A restocking fee may apply to returns. For

We cannot accept returns on
certain clothing items (underwear) - we have sizing charts and
all information provided in each listing. Please make sure you check
for sizes and ask any questions prior to ordering. The sizing charts
are detailed, and we are happy to answer any questions you might have.
If an item is not as described or does not correspond to the sizing charts,
we will of course provide a refund.
We order the items from the
supplier as they get ordered from us, and we cannot return them, so we
need to make sure you get the right item.
Exchanges are sometimes possible,
with a restocking fee. However this is not feasible for underwear
for hygienic reasons.
We will allow a return on clothing
items (except underwear) but we reserve the right to charge
10% restocking fee.
Returns on foods & skincare
depend on the issue. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns
on any opened item, or later than 7 days after receipt. Returns
are only accepted if the item is not exactly as described. We take
great care to select high quality items and to describe them completely
and accurately. We will be happy to answer any additional questions
prior to purchase.
Returns must be received with
a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and within 7 business days.
Items must be in new and unused condition.
