I have been looking for cheese markers and a friend gave these to me as a gift - they are wonderful! Sturdy by elegant and can be used for many items - not only to designate cheeses but also when I need to identify specialty butters, sauces and salsa's they work perfect! I am ordering another set!

These cheese markers appear to be white but they are silver-metal! They are very sturdy but the color of the markers make it hard to read! I had originally selected markers from two other companies and both were unavailable, so this product came up as a substitute. I will be sending this item back since it is not what I wanted. Amazon is not to blame, they post what is presented to them. This item came from Target and the delivery time and packaging were excellent

I ordered two sets of these to give as a gift and the recipient loved them. The only downside is that based on the picture provided, they look white; they are actually silver. I think white would be easier to read, which is why I rated them 4 stars instead of 5.

I did not read the full description so was surprised when the markers were made of metal and not white ceramic as the picture seemed to depict. My return experience was without flaw however.
