They were very tender and enjoyed by the whole family - I used my own sauce recipe I've been usng since 1969 (got it in Germany when we were stationed at Wiesbaden Air Base for a three year USAF tour).
I still have three cans of 8 doz each - will be ordering more at a later date.

While always looking for a gourmet experience, and having bought other brands of snails, these were excellent value for the money and I would buy them again.
