Ah, for a cup of steaming, hot tea, not too strong, from my favorite loose tea....oh, no, not the strainer, again! No, not with this little item. Pinch the 2 sides together to open the two sided spoon, scoop out as much or little tea as you want, and let the sides go to close it up. Insert infuser in cup, pour hot water over it, and savor the aroma as you wait for it to steep. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and surely beats straining the leaves out of the tea before drinking it.
