Under the heading 'Les Insolites' (the Unusual), l'Epicurien produces some incredible taste combinations. They perhaps sound a bit strange but wait until you've tasted one! This particular one is excellent on goat cheese. We think it would taste wonderful with mild sheep cheese also, but we haven't tried that yet. The taste test with goat cheese emptied the jar too fast!
