This salt imbues foods with a wonderfully smoky flavor! Like the title suggests, I sprinkle a little bit on scrambled eggs, and I also use it as a rub for roast chicken. Salt naturally seals moisture in and makes the skins nice and crunchy, but this smoked salt also fills the entire kitchen with a delicious smoky smell that automatically brings folks to the dining table. And the delectable flavor in the meat is nearly beyond words. Yum..... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Strong smoke flavor, either you really like this salt a lot or you really don't!! Love it as a finishing salt on steaks!

This is a wonderful product. To be able to add smoked flavoring to any dish in salt form creates a palatable experience that can be subtle to powerful depending on your own personal taste and how much is added to your dish.
